About UBMCA
Bringing robotic building
maintenance to North America
UBMCA is the exclusive North American distributor of ROBO-PURGO, the robotic high-rise cleaning system engineered and built by RECRA in Korea. We bring a proven, field-tested platform to property managers, facility teams, and cleaning contractors across the United States.
Traditional façade cleaning means cranes, gondolas, and crews suspended hundreds of feet in the air. ROBO-PURGO replaces that risk with a self-supported robot that installs in minutes and scrubs glass on flat or sloped roofs — no aerial labor required.
What It Does
One system, every surface
A complete robotic platform for high-rise exterior maintenance — from the roof anchor down to the last pane of glass.

Robotic Façade & Window Cleaning
ROBO-PURGO scrubs glass curtain walls with dual high-torque brush rollers (80–200 RPM, variable) and precise water dispensing from its onboard 20 L tank. All core components — motor, battery, drivetrain, and pump — are integrated inside the case for stable, quiet, low-power operation.

Roof-Top Mobile Support System
No cranes. No gondolas. The self-supported rooftop unit anchors at both ends, installs on flat or sloped roofs, and lowers the robot down the façade on a winch-and-wire system. A two-person crew completes setup in roughly 15 minutes — and relocation is just as fast.

Reinforced Application Case
The robot lives inside a reinforced aluminum + ABS case with an impact-resistant polycarbonate cover — weatherproof, corrosion-resistant, and easy to inspect from the outside. Brushes are accessible from top and bottom for quick condition checks and part swaps.
Why ROBO-PURGO
Why choose us
Enhanced Safety
Workers stay on the roof — never on the wall. The support structure is fixed to parapets and self-supported by its own load, with anchors at both ends.
Quick Installation
Two people, about 15 minutes, and the system is cleaning. Relocation to the next drop takes minutes, not hours of crane staging.
Maintenance Friendly
Modular structure with easily replaceable parts. Brush condition checks happen through the case cover — no teardown required.
Eco-Friendly Operation
Low noise, low power draw, and precise water dispensing that cleans more glass with less water than manual crews.
